You could choose either a summer internship or a year in industry… either way it’s an amazing chance to work on the kinds of projects that directly drive our performance on and off the track. Internship offer a great way to gain hands-on experience and try out a potential career. We offer numerous internships throughout the year to interested candidates who are over 18 years old and are currently studying at a UK University. Candidates must demonstrate their interest in McLaren as well as the business or functional area they wish gain experience in.
