INDUSTRIAL PLACEMENT

An amazing chance to work on projects that directly drive our performance on and off the track. Industrial Placements offer a great way to gain hands-on experience and try out a potential career. We offer year-long Industrial Placements to interested candidates who are over 18 years old and are currently studying at a UK University undertaking a course with a placement year. Candidates must demonstrate their interest in McLaren as well as the business or functional area they wish gain experience in. APPRENTICESHIPS

We have apprenticeships open throughout the year in various departments across the business, with the majority of these starting in September in line with the academic year. These schemes are advertised on the UK Government Apprentices website. We offer apprenticeship programmes across a variety of business areas, including Manufacturing, IT, Vehicle Development, Metrology, and many more. While you work towards an accredited qualification, you will be immersed in a world of cutting-edge innovation, learning from industry-leading experts and gaining practical, hands-on experience that goes far beyond the classroom. Throughout your journey, you'll be supported by immersive training and real-world challenges that refine your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Our two-year graduate programme is designed for individuals who have completed their bachelor's or master's degree. You'll have the opportunity to undertake four 6-month rotations across different teams within the business area you join. The scheme offers a supportive environment, a huge breadth of experiences, and career-defining mentorship from industry-leading experts.
