Set within a dedicated winter testing facility in Finland, the McLaren Ice Driving Centre encompasses over 100km of frozen circuits, making this one of the most diverse ice driving experiences in the world. When you’re in need of respite from the exhilaration of drifting around the ice and snow, you can make the most of our hospitality by relaxing in the warmth of the roaring fire. Nestled in the wilderness, the Jávri Lodge is set amongst vast lakes and forests, in an ideal position to view the Northern Lights. The hotel was founded by Urho Kekkonen, the longest serving President of Finland. To this day, the service remains nothing short of presidential with a personalised concierge service and cuisine that celebrates the best of local ingredients.
Your experience will begin when you venture onto the frozen playground; the McLaren Ice Driving Centre. Working with one of our Pure McLaren Driver Coaches you will manoeuvre at your own pace through a variety of track configurations. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you will be ready to tackle faster and more dynamic layouts, putting your new skills to the test as you slide your McLaren through challenging twists and turns. Those who have visited us before will have access to the longest and most challenging circuits, ensuring continued progression.
When not on circuit and for those guests who’d like to join us off-track we have a variety of experiences available, sure to whisk you into the Finnish way of life.
When you’re not making the most of the warming hospitality, you could be snowshoeing through the wilderness, visiting the Sami Reindeer herders or even experiencing a luxury spa day at a traditional sauna.
