MCLAREN EXTENDED WARRANTY – MTC TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter  

McLaren Automotive Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 1967717), with its registered office at McLaren Technology Centre, Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 4YH.

2. Offer Overview  

Customers who purchase a McLaren Lapsed Extended Warranty between 09:00 BST on 1 October 2025 and 17:00 GMT on 31 December 2025 from a McLaren authorised UK retailer will be eligible for a guided tour of the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) for themselves and one guest on the 5th or 6th of March 2026.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Offer only applies to clients whose vehicles are currently out of warranty and who purchase a lapsed extended warranty from an authorised McLaren retailer. Vehicles currently under warranty are not eligible.

• Must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.

• Must be the registered owner of a McLaren vehicle.

• Warranty must be purchased from a McLaren authorised UK retailer during the offer period.

• Only one tour per vehicle VIN.

• Tour is only available on 05 or 06 March 2026.

• No alternative dates will be offered if unable to attend on above dates

• The tour is not transferable.

• If the Lapsed Extended Warranty is cancelled, the tour offer is void. 

4. Tour Details

• Includes a guided visit of the MTC and light refreshments.

• Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tour dates are subject to availability on a first come first served basis

• Tour MUST be booked via the retailer who issued the lapsed extended warranty. 

5. General Conditions

• The Lapsed Extended Warranty contract is unaffected by this offer.

• The tour is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

• The tour is only available on 05 and 06 March 2026. No alternative dates can be accommodated.

• McLaren reserves the right to substitute the tour with an experience of equal or greater value if required.

• McLaren may amend or cancel the offer or these terms at its discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

• McLaren may refuse entry to the tour if participants do not comply with reasonable requirements or policies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, McLaren and its agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this offer. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
