Cancellation Policy

By submitting your booking you are confirming your acceptance of the cancellation conditions.

A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations received 90 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
A refund of 75% will be given for cancellations received between 61 days and 89 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received between 31 days and 60 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the Event Programme, nor failure to attend.

If you wish to cancel your event order because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will refund you in full for any costs paid directly by you to McLaren as part of the Event Programme, including the non-refundable deposit if applicable. This will apply in the following situations:

The government of the country in which the event is due to take place enforcing a lockdown in that country due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
The government of the country in which the event is due to take place restricting your travel to the event due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
